VETERANS DAY POPPIES (FLANDERS POPPIES)
We did some research on the reason why the little red poppy is given out for remembrance of vets on Veterans Day. Wanna know why? Check it out, it's a great 'short' story!

OUR YOUNG SOLDIER
We have a loved one right out of high school that enlisted in the army, May 2000. This page is for him because 'we can'. We love you Brent....Godspeed

REMEMBRANCE
We adopted POW/MIA back in 2000. There's a link to a site where you can adopt one of your own. Modern technology provides a virtual bracelet (that is shown) but the meaning is the same as the bracelets we actually wore. Some still do. We won't stop until they've all come home. Want to get involved?

HANOI JANE
Here's a letter that was circulating around the www back when we started this site in 1999. Shortly after it was posted we were contacted and revised the story. What is the truth?

THE BLUE STAR SERVICE BANNER MAKES A COMEBACK
This banner when displayed in the front window of a home shows a family’s pride in their loved one(s) serving in the military, and reminds others that preserving America’s freedom demands much.
